The facility comprises of two independent self-contained apartments, which can be combined easily in various proportions to suit small and large families. Each unit contains a master bed room with attached toilet, a spacious dining/drawing room, a kitchen and a common bath.
The resort provides a variety of homestay options (A/C or non A/C), including single apartments for small families, combined apartments for large families, and single or double rooms.
Guests can be accommodated as couples, families or groups of families. Maximum capacity of the resort is about 10 people at any time.
There is also an elegant Conference / Party Space on the 2nd floor which can comfortably seat about 50 people and a Riverside Covered Party Area that can accommodate around 150–200 people.
Kitchen / kitchenette in each apartment, air-conditioning, hot and cold water, electric power back-up through inverters / generators, TV with cable network and free Wi-Fi, 24 hour security / surveillance camera and parking area for up to 10 cars at a time.
We serve a variety of traditional Kerala food – vegetarian and non-vegetarian – for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Given sufficient notice, we try to cater to guest preferences.
Continental and Chinese delicacies may also be provided on special request. Please refer to the menu available at the resort for details.
Note: Alcoholic drinks will not be served.
Airport pick-up and drop-off, travel arrangements to tourist destinations at affordable rates, and yoga / meditation sessions (based on prior request).
